How we use AI

DBA Media uses AI to assist with writing scripts and captions, generating avatar videos, designing content, adapting content for each platform and running marketing automation. People plan the strategy, review the output and work with you on approval.

AI presenters

AI presenters in our videos may be synthetic or digitally generated. A professional AI presenter does not represent a real individual's personal opinions or experiences.

Digital clones require consent

• We only create a digital clone of a person's likeness or voice with that person's documented authorization and consent.
• Voice and likeness cloning is never performed without appropriate permission.
• Consent can be withdrawn; we then stop producing new content with the clone.

Review and accuracy

AI-generated marketing materials go through quality and brand review before publishing. AI can still make mistakes, so content also requires your review and appropriate oversight, especially for facts, prices and claims.

What we do not allow

• Impersonating any person without authorization.
• Fake or deceptive testimonials and reviews.
• Misleading synthetic endorsements.
• Content that breaks advertising rules or platform policies.

Compliance and labeling

Client content must follow applicable advertising rules and platform policies. We respect applicable synthetic-media disclosure and labeling requirements, including platform AI-content labels.
