This policy explains how DBA Media handles personal information collected through dbamedia.org and in providing our services.

Information we collect on this website

• Contact form: name, email, optional business name and your message. These are stored in our secure database so we can reply.
• Strategy-call form: name, business name, website, phone, email, business type and your answers about your marketing. After you submit, you are taken to our booking calendar, which is operated by a third-party scheduling provider under its own privacy policy.
• Video: our introduction video is hosted by Vimeo and only loads when you press play. Vimeo may then set its own cookies and collect usage data.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or nonessential cookies. See our Cookie Policy. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Payments

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Client data when you use our services

• Social account access: access you grant to publish and manage content. We use it only to provide the service, and you can revoke it at any time in each platform's settings.
• Uploaded media and brand assets: used to create your content.
• Video, voice and likeness data: if you choose a digital clone, the recordings you provide are used only to create and operate your avatar, with your documented consent. You may ask us to stop using and delete your avatar and source recordings.
• AI-generated content: content created for you is processed by AI tools operated by our service providers.

How we use information

To reply to enquiries, schedule calls, deliver and improve our services, bill you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing with service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and database, scheduling, payment processing, video hosting, AI content production and social publishing tools, and only as needed for those purposes. A current list of providers is available on request.

Storage and retention

We keep enquiries and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Avatar source recordings are deleted on request or after the service ends, unless you ask us to keep them.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for avatar use, by emailing support@aifunn.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will respond to requests in line with the laws that apply to us.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children.

Changes

We will update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes.
